Jess, Kirstin, Randy, Stacey and Steve-o are on a road trip and stop at the Jasper Dinette after a “recommendation” from the Road-eo app, an app that’s supposed to be a fun addition to any road trip, but has sinister undertones, very sinister! The locals at the dinette seem a bit unwelcoming, but the food is top notch—it seems there’s a reason for that, which they come to discover not long after arriving at the Jasper Sleepaway, which is where things go downhill, fast!!
A quick, smooth flowing read, full of gut churning imagery as well as horror, dread, fear, sadness, regret and a dark feeling of inevitability.
